Energy Smart

Build Now proudly participates in the Energy Smart New Homes Program as a Recommended Contractor. Through this program, Build Now receives funding from Energy Smart for homes that are built at higher energy efficiency levels than required by local building code. Since becoming a partner in 2011, all of Build Now’s homes have received this distinction and funding.

504ward

Build Now is a 504ward Collaborative Partner. In partnership with 504ward, Build Now recently hosted Build Now TALKS: Investing in Your Future with New Orleans Real Estate. Over 80 people attended this informative workshop targeted at first time homebuyers interested in buying a home through the City of New Orleans’ Soft Second Program. Build Now and 504ward will partner again this December to host Build Now’s 2nd Annual Gingerbread House Contest.

Entergy New Orleans

Entergy New Orleans and Build Now are partnering together in 2012 to build 3 new homes for 3 very worthy families. Build Now appreciates this generous donation and looks forward to helping these families make the dream of homeownership a reality.

Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank

Fidelity and Build Now have joined forces to construct several new homes in the Gentilly neighborhood in partnership with the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority. Fidelity also proudly sponsors Build Now’s annual community crawfish boil and Build Now TALKS.

Gambel Communications

Betsie Gambel spearheads Gambel Communications, the PR dream team that works with Build Now to ensure the public is kept up-to-date on all things Build Now. This past year, Betsie and her staff generously donated over 20 hours of their time and resources to support Build Now in their rebuilding of New Orleans.

Whitney Bank

Whitney Bank proudly sponsors Build Now in its efforts to construct new, affordable homes through Build Now’s Own Now program. To date, Whitney Bank has funded the construction of over 15 homes resulting in 15 families having a place to call home.

New Orleans Redevelopment Authority

Build Now and the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority have partnered to construct over 15 new homes in the Gentilly area through Build Now’s Own Now program. Through this program, qualified families receive a free lot to build a new home, along with other housing subsidies through the City of New Orleans’ soft second mortgage program. Families may use their soft second mortgage funding towards their down payment, closing costs and purchase price.
