The largest offering in Build Now’s collection of single-family homes, the Filmore is a gorgeous center hall Creole Cottage that marries the best aspects of the Eleanor and Delachaise floor plans. Visitors approach via a grand central staircase, where they then enter the main entry hall. Large closets are seen on both sides of the hallway, as is a dedicated laundry area. Two spacious double bedrooms share a bathroom, while the 216 square foot bedroom is has its own walk in closet and dedicated, two sink bathroom.
